Dimensional, treated, and engineered lumber — stored indoors so it shows up straight, dry, and ready to build.
Lumber that sits out in the rain and sun twists, cups, and checks before you ever get it on the wall. Our yard is indoor and climate-protected, so the lumber you pick up has stayed dry from the day it arrived. That means fewer crooked studs to cull, less waste on the job, and framing that goes up clean. It's the single biggest reason contractors keep coming back — straight, dry, ready.
The backbone of every build. We stock SPF studs and framing lumber in the common sizes — 2x4 through 2x12 — in multiple lengths, so you can buy close to your cut list and waste less. Precut studs, plates, and longer framing stock are all on the floor and ready to load.
For anything that touches the ground, masonry, or the weather. We carry treated lumber in both ground-contact and above-ground ratings — the right choice for sill plates, deck and porch framing, ledger boards, and outdoor structures. Ask us which rating your application needs; using the wrong one is a common and expensive mistake.
When the span or the load is more than dimensional lumber can carry, engineered products do the work. We stock and order LVL beams, I-joists, rim board, and glulam — dimensionally stable, predictable, and engineered to hold up under long spans and heavy loads. Bring your plans and we'll spec the right members.
Sheathing, subfloor, and underlayment for the whole structure. We keep OSB, wall and roof sheathing, subfloor panels, and treated plywood in stock, in the common thicknesses you reach for every day.
For the parts that show. We carry boards, dimensional trim, and finish lumber for interior and exterior work — the clean, consistent material you want where the eye lands. Stop in and look it over before you buy.
Everything that holds the structure together — so you can pick up the whole list in one trip instead of chasing parts across town.
We carry SPF dimensional lumber from 2x4 through 2x12 in a range of lengths, pressure-treated lumber in ground-contact and above-ground ratings, engineered products like LVL and I-joists, and plywood and OSB sheet goods. If you need a specific species or grade we don't have on the floor, we can usually order it in — just ask.
We stock multiple lengths so you can buy close to the size you need, and our staff will help you figure the most efficient lengths for your cut list. For detailed custom cutting, talk to us at the counter about what your project needs and we'll point you the right way.
Pressure-treated lumber is chemically treated to resist rot and insects, and it's required anywhere wood contacts the ground, masonry, or the weather — sill plates, deck framing, outdoor structures. Untreated dimensional lumber is for interior, dry framing. We carry both, and we'll tell you exactly which rating your application calls for.
