Delivery is free within a 50-mile radius of either our St. Martin or Bowlus yard. That covers most of central Minnesota at no charge.

Yes. We deliver beyond the 50-mile free zone for an added fee. Just ask when you call or request a quote and we'll let you know the cost up front.

Absolutely. You're welcome to pick up at either yard during business hours, Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. Let us know when you're coming and we'll have your order staged and ready.

Most in-stock materials are ready right away. Special orders and specific window or siding packages vary by manufacturer — we'll give you a realistic timeline when you order so you can plan your build around it.

We carry lumber, windows, siding, shingles, and decking, plus the fasteners, hardware, and finishing pieces that go with them. We also run a sale section with current deals and overstock.

Yes. If we don't stock exactly what your project calls for, we'll special-order it. Tell us the spec and we'll source it and give you a lead time.

Minnesota weather is hard on building materials. Our yard is indoor and climate-protected, so lumber and materials stay out of the rain, snow, and sun. What you load out is straight and dry — not warped boards pulled off a wet pile.

Both yards carry our full range of materials and the same team approach. If a specific item is at one yard and you need it at the other, just ask — we'll make it work.
